A Transformative Experience for C-Suite and Senior-Level Leaders

Think Bigger. Lead Better.

Leadership can be a lonely experience. Navigating the complexities of business today is confusing and challenging. Decisions and risk rest largely on your shoulders. Every move and metric depends on you.

What if you could join with other high-performing leaders to:

  • Tap into their collective wisdom?
  • Gain more control over your business?
  • Feel more energy and zest for leadership?
  • Come up with better ideas to drive your business forward?

There's no need to go it alone.

We invite you to join the High-Performance Mastermind. A one-of -kind leadership experience designed for high-level executives.

The program includes:

  • a two-day annual gathering of all members to go deep on key topics and work together to solve business problems
  • five facilitated video group sessions exploring critical business issues
  • three one-on-one executive coaching sessions to focus on your specific needs and interests

You'll also benefit from:

  • a private online forum for idea sharing and best practices
  • business tools and strategic frameworks to immediately apply to your business
  • peer-group setting for idea sharing and problem solving

“The tools and strategic frameworks we share will help you change the game for your business. The wisdom of the group will give you insight you could never gain on your own.”

About Janet and Elise

Janet Tyler

Executive coach and consultant, technology specialist, operations expert

My track record for building companies with strong growth and compelling cultures fuels my work today as a coach and consultant in the technology and professional services industries.

Prior to launching TrueDepth, I was COO for Red Level, a technology consultancy. During my tenure, the company grew more than 50%. I managed daily business operations, oversaw marketing and HR, and established strategic partnerships with clients such as Microsoft, DellEMC and Ingram Micro.

I was also co-founder, president and co-CEO of Airfoil, a national, top-ranked marketing and PR firm focused on the technology sector. At Airfoil, I spearheaded our expansion into Silicon Valley, London and Shanghai. I also led the Microsoft, PayPal, LinkedIn and eBay accounts. Learn more about Janet here.

Elise Mitchell

Three-time CEO, leadership strategist, executive coach and consultant

I’ve built three successful companies from scratch and spent the past two decades advising leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

My biggest adventure was founding Mitchell Communications Group. During my tenure as CEO, the agency grew more than 500% in five years, was twice named to the Inc. 500/5000 list and Agency of the Year, and was a top 10 fastest-growing PR firm globally. Notable clients include: Walmart Stores Inc., Procter & Gamble, Marriott Hotels and Tyson Foods.

I sold the firm in 2013 and led its successful integration with our parent company, Dentsu Aegis Network. Today I advise clients through my own leadership and business consultancy and am passionate about helping high-performing leaders achieve more. Learn more about Elise here.
