Janet Tyler

My track record for building companies with strong growth and compelling cultures fuels my work today as a coach and consultant in the technology and professional services industries.
Prior to launching TrueDepth, I was COO for Red Level, a technology consultancy. During my tenure, the company grew more than 50%. I managed daily business operations, oversaw marketing and HR, and established strategic partnerships with clients such as Microsoft, DellEMC and Ingram Micro.
I was also co-founder, president and co-CEO of Airfoil, a national, top-ranked marketing and PR firm focused on the technology sector. At Airfoil, I spearheaded our expansion into Silicon Valley, London and Shanghai. I also led the Microsoft, PayPal, LinkedIn and eBay accounts. Learn more about Janet here.
Elise Mitchell
Three-time CEO, leadership strategist, executive coach and consultant
I’ve built three successful companies from scratch and spent the past two decades advising leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
My biggest adventure was founding Mitchell Communications Group. During my tenure as CEO, the agency grew more than 500% in five years, was twice named to the Inc. 500/5000 list and Agency of the Year, and was a top 10 fastest-growing PR firm globally. Notable clients include: Walmart Stores Inc., Procter & Gamble, Marriott Hotels and Tyson Foods.

FAQ
What if I change my mind? We do not issue refunds for High-Performance Mastermind. However, we understand things happen. You are eligible to receive a credit towards another leadership experience or another cohort of High-Performance Mastermind if you notify us before March 1, 2020.
Who else will be in attendance? You will be with other senior-level leaders from client-focused businesses and industries. We anticipate most members will have 20-plus years of experience. Janet and Elise regularly work with executives at the highest levels from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, nationally and internationally.
How should I plan my travel to the Summit in Nashville? Our first gathering will be at 1:00 p.m. central on Wednesday, March 25. We will conclude at noon on Friday, March 27. Nashville International Airport (BNA) offers dozens of daily non-stops.
Our primary meeting venue will be in downtown Nashville. Numerous hotels are within walking distance. You may stay wherever you wish. However, we have arranged a discount with Noelle, a Marriott boutique hotel, also located downtown. More details to follow.
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.
Driving time from Summit location:
- Nashville International Airport – 20 minutes
- Parthenon, Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University – 10 minutes
- Grand Ole Opry – 20 minutes
- Jack Daniel’s Distillery, Lynchburg, Tennessee – 90 minutes
What meals are included? Opening night reception and dinner on March 25 are both included in your membership fee. We will have a Dutch treat dine-around the evening of March 26. All other meals are on your own. We will have snacks and drinks available throughout our meeting times.
